Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized orders

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
